A powerhouse within the agriculture industry is looking for a Document Management Specialist to join their team in Grangemouth on a 3 month contract.

**Duties**:

- Review Product Safety documents for regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
- Review Product Safety documents to ensure compliance with our global formatting guidelines
- Deliver quality results to meet firm deadlines
- Understand customer needs and provide individualized guidance throughout the document life-cycle
- Act as point of contact for report template questions
- Maintain data for Key Performance Indicators
- Interact with stakeholder groups - Product Safety Scientists, Regulatory, Quality Assurance

**Skills**:

- Proficient with MS Office products, Adobe Acrobat
- High standard of accuracy and a keen attention to details
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of various backgrounds and technical competencies
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills

Experienced:

- Follows broad frameworks to operate equipment needed to carry out trial work, and to ensure samples are available and delivered on time.
- Resolves routine issues with mínimal senior staff or supervisory guidance and approval.
- Requires some prior relevant experience

Entry:

- Follows defined procedures to operate equipment needed to carry out trial work, and to ensure samples are available and delivered on time.
- Resolves routine issues with senior staff or supervisory guidance and approval.
- Requires little or no prior relevant experience
