**About us**

We now require additional team members to join our team as Customer Service Advisors in our National Customer Contact Centre. If you have great customer service skills and a passion for the environment, you can play an important role in helping our customers do the right thing and support our work.

As part of the Environment Agency, you will play your part in protecting and improving the environment. We are working with government, local councils, businesses, civil society groups and communities to meet these challenges and at the same time make our environment a better place for people and wildlife.

You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or, provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and workplace adjustments will be available to support you with your incident role.

Our full-time roles mean you will be working 37 hours per week across Monday - Friday on a fixed shift pattern, but we can offer part time positions working as little as 22 hours per week.
