Key Tasks:

- Processing payrolls accurately and timely
- Making deductions, including pensions, loans, childcare vouchers, and court orders
- Processing transactions to agreed timetable and making monthly payroll submissions
- Preparation of monthly payments to the Inland Revenue
- Preparation of monthly and annual pension schedules
- Reconciling payroll control accounts
- Submission of FPS & EPS returns
- Preparation of PSA submissions
- Providing information for internal and external audits
- Liaising with People & OD team and processing necessary data for payroll runs
- Advising employees on salary information
- Dealing with pay and general queries from employees
- Providing business reporting to finance

Qualifications:

- Experience in payroll administration
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
