Our headquarters are located in Ripon, North Yorkshire, and we boast a vast network of DVSA registered Driving Instructors across England, Scotland, and Wales. We offer driving lessons in market-leading Volkswagen tuition vehicles.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Prompt Customer Response**:

- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, whether via phone or other channels.
- Process and address customer questions with accuracy and efficiency.
- **Effective Communication**:

- Retrieve and communicate specific information requested by customers, such as instructor availability and prices, using our internal CRM system.
- Ensure all information conveyed to customers is accurate and timely.
- **Lead Processing**:

- Manage serviceable enquiries in a sales-oriented manner, from initial enquiry to confirmed pre-payment.
- Complete relevant processes with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, including checking availability, communicating pricing, processing payments, and allocating students to instructors.
- **Online Payment Management**:

- Handle online payments in accordance with established processes.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure all enquiries are effectively addressed by the end of the working day, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Forward non-booking-related queries to the relevant departments promptly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: Preferably experienced in a sales environment.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain high professional standards and integrity when interacting with customers.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- **Motivation**: High level of personal motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- **Language Proficiency**: Strong command of the English language with excellent spelling and grammar.
- **Teamwork and Discipline**: Strong team-working ability and self-discipline to collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to managerial directives.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
