**Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Head of Investment**

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Head of Investment, leading our investment delivery team within the Karbon Property Services Team. The team is responsible for delivering our planned investments works, and ensuring our properties meet the Decent Homes Standard.

**About the role**

You will be responsible for leading on the delivery of a high-quality investment programme that will enable Karbon Homes to meet its business objectives. You will be expected to ensure all our investment activity achieves an optimum balance of value for money, is delivered to time and secures top quartile levels of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues within property services, and across the organisation, and will possess excellent communication skills. We seek to develop and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service that is valued by customers. You will have responsibility for a budget of c.£25m and a team of more than 30 managers and staff, external contractors, and suppliers.

- Salary is £61,518 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2152 per annum
- Location: Newburn or Greengates offices
- Regular travel will be required
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
