Barista/waitress

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional waiter/waitress to join our team at an upscale restaurant known for its exceptional service and exquisite cuisine. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing top-notch service, attending to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate orders from guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, following proper serving etiquette.
- Assist guests with any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergies.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.51 per hour
