The MindMate Support Team (MMST) offers early intervention in mental health support to children and young people, and their families in Leeds. This is a Mental Health Support Team as detailed in the Green Paper: Transforming Children and Young Peoples Mental Health. This is a growing service with opportunities for continuous learning and progression.

We are looking to recruit a qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) to our team that works in Further Education colleges, alternative provision education settings and schools across the city of Leeds. As an EMHP in our team you will work with our clinicians and senior clinicians to provide early interventions to children and young people, this will include both individual and group work as well as supporting settings to implement a whole school approach.
