**Exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager or Network Performance Manager looking to join an experienced, high quality Claims Management business to take responsibility of the repair stage process.**

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a home-based Contracts Manager with responsibility for all aspects of the repair stage, managing the process through to completion. The Contracts Manager role will involve working closely with oursupplier network to progress repairs in a timely manner in line with agreed service levels. The cases will include general domestic claims, commercial properties, and complex subsidence claims.

The Contracts Manager will have a varied and rewarding diet of duties ranging from post completion of works audits, assisting driving claims through the repair process, and assisting in the onboarding and ongoing management of numerous contractors.

**Key responsibilities for the Contracts Manager include**:

- Assisting the network team in the general administration of day to day network duties.
- Assisting with the Pre-validation on returned estimates assessing the extent of works being undertaken as per scope and timescales for works to completion
- Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure that performance is monitored and maintained e.
- Conduct regular on site and desktop audits on allocated contractors, during and post completion of works and drive best practice and behaviours within the supply chain
- Responsible for the onboarding of new contractors / suppliers and on-going performance management, using data to drive insights and action on business improvement opportunities
- Ownership of Contractor complaints and ensure assessed and resolved promptly
- Assist Supply Chain Manager with contractor network housekeeping, ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements

**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in Building Repair Network / Supplier Management
- Previous experience working as a surveyor, pricing jobs would be advantageous
- Good understanding of Building pathology, defects / suitable repairs and drying techniques
- Previous experience using claims scoping software is desirable
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage own workload with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written with an ability to adapt style to suit the audience
- Quality driven with high levels of attention to detail
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated and confident, ability to be assertive and persistent when required
- Stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships and to influence in all directions
- Keen eye for process improvements and problem solving ability
- Good commercial acumen
- Cert CII and / or Cert CILA, BDMA or similar is desirable
