As a Dock Operative, your primary responsibility is to support all operational tasks outlined in the 'Key Result Areas,' collaborating closely with the ISS on-site team and following directives from the Duty Manager.

Your main objective is to uphold a clean, safe, and efficient Service Yard for the client's benefit.

You'll be expected to adhere to a five-day workweek with a shift pattern that includes working every third weekend. In instances where weekend work is necessary, you'll be granted two consecutive days off between Monday and Friday to ensure a balanced schedule and adequate rest periods.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The accurate collection of data regarding vehicle movements
- The control of vehicles dwell time in Westfield Stratford
- To ensure that the working environment is safe, secure, clean and fair for themselves and other team members
- Back of House operations - Delivering / receiving retailer goods
- Support Back of House operations - Delivering / receiving retailer goods
- Facilitate effective communication
- Ensure compliance policies are followed
- Ensuring SLA targets are adhered to
- Working in a team environment

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- An understanding of logistic operational processes
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills covering written, graphic, numeric and statistical information and involving risk assessment
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the organisation
