Our client located on the outskirts of Ripon s recruiting for a full-time Telesales Account Manager to join their closely knit team.
The purpose of this role is to maintain relationships with existing clients by upselling products whilst providing the best possible customer service. This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
**Responsibilities for this Telesales role**
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Update CRM and database systems.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce its products and relevant promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
- Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
**Skills and Experience**
- Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters and situations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of customer enquiries and requests.
- Proficiency in using sales tools to track, progress and maintain accurate records.
