Nightclub Bartender

Must be available to start soon and be available to work through the summer period, shifts will be mainly weekends, usual opening times 10-3am, your shift may start before this and will also require you to close down after your shift.

Move is an independent nightclub in Exeter that hosts some of the biggest DJs in the scene. We're looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team who has a passion for music and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. At Move, we offer plenty of progression paths and opportunities for you to share your ideas and have a real impact on the club.

As a Bartender at Move nightclub, you'll be responsible for creating and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and security, maintaining a well-stocked bar and monitoring inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customers have a great experience.

Wages: 50p before midnight and then £1 after midnight is added to your minimum wage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment
- Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and security
- Maintaining a well-stocked bar and monitoring inventory levels
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A passion for music and the nightlife industry
