We are working in partnership with a multi-office, Lexcel accredited law firm who employ over 200 staff and are constantly growing. We are looking to attract an experienced **Commercial Property Legal Personal Assistant **to support their busy Commercial Property team in Stourbridge.

The role has come about due to exceptional growth and will involve provision of a comprehensive PA / Secretarial service to the Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities Include:

- Audio typing via digital dictation
- Use of case management systems
- Preparation of correspondence/documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Use Land Registry Direct to make and submit enquires
- Use Companies House Direct to obtain company information and download documents
- Complete and format documents using Laser forms and PLC
- Calculate, complete and submitting SDLT returns to the HMRC
- Prepare quotes, obtain billing reports, prepare invoices and completion statements
- Overall time-keeping including, organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain Lawyers’ diaries
- Deal with clients both face to face and on the phone
- Ensure compliance with SRA and Lexcel etc
- To make introductory calls to clients and third parties

The position will suit someone with 2+ years experience within a secretarial role, ideally within commercial property.
