Marketing Executive

**Duties**:

**Salary**: £22k - £26k depending on experience

A superb new opportunity has arisen as a Marketing Assistant/Executive at Diamik Glass. As marketing executive, your role will involve supporting the management team to promote the business together with its products and services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the business is positively promoted across local press, online and other advertising.

You’ll design, plan, and help implement campaigns, build brand loyalty, help with building marketing assets and content, and help organise events such as tradeshows. You’ll also create reports using key metrics, analysing trends and ensuring campaigns are working effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the management team to implement marketing campaigns across social media, SEO and PPC.
- Develop and monitor targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our range of products in the UK.
- Conduct basic research to identify and address new client groups and potential business growth.
- Manage, update and optimise On-page and Off-page SEO.
- Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Content creation for social media channels
- Organise and support effective promotional activities, exhibitions and events.
- Fully exploit campaign opportunities for our social media platforms
- Develop our fabricator relationship management (CRM) database.
- Design, present and implement new digital and online marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Manage, update and optimise the range of DG websites.
- Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales and Research
- Develop and own the monthly DG Marketing Plan

**Essential**:

- Experience in b2b marketing, sales, customer service or related fields
- Experience of marketing campaigns and writing marketing content
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with excellent ability to write for different marketing channels/audiences.
- Friendly, confident and professional personality
- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work as part of a small team.
- Experience of using a range of tools: CRM, web editing, marketing design, and website analytics
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel and able to learn new IT systems quickly.
- Able to build effective working relationships.
- Willingness to learn about our services and customers.
- Self-starter who can organise their own workload.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
- You must be able to speak English fluently.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with time management to the fore
- Creative skills, which may include website or graphic design, and/or copywriting / proofreading.
- Proven work experience gained in a marketing or related creative environment.

**Desirable**:

- Previous exposure gained in the manufacturing sector.
- A genuine awareness of the commercial aspects of marketing for services, and products.
- A marketing or business-related qualification.
- Experience of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop design or Illustrator technology (or a similar tools).
- Experience with WordPress or WooCommerce.
- Experience with Later, Buffer, Hootsuite or other social media post schedular.
- Experience with 123-reg, GoDaddy or other hosting platforms.
- Experience with Google Drive & Trello.
- Experience with developing brand guidelines.

**Benefits will include**

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
