Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded using accounting software
- Processing accounts payable and expenses
- Assisting with onboarding, payroll processing including pension and healthcare
- Managing time reporting, holiday and sickness
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports for management review

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
