At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. Our joint venture partners of Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM are coming together to deliver 80km of the central section of Britain’s new High-Speed railway.

Are you looking to kick start your career in HR? Our People function is looking to recruit an HR Apprentice to join our Brackley office, with hybrid working available.

The HR Apprentice will be involved in all aspects of people management on the project, including Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Skills, Education, and Employment, Diversity and Inclusion, and Recruitment and Onboarding. This is a multi-functional role designed to give you the best possible experience into the world of HR. Our aim is to ensure all EKFB staff feel valued and supported, throughout their entire employment journey.

**About You**:

- Eager to learn and develop
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to travel as and when required to site offices (unable to access by public transport)
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritise
- A keen interest in HR
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Maths
