Ict Apprentice

We are a supportive company looking for an apprentice to join our team. We are growing rapidly, and are looking for someone to join us and help continue our growth. You will be exposed to a wide variety of systems and will gain a good grounding in commercial IT, there will be opportunities to grow and make a positive difference to the company.

You will be acting as 1st line support to our customers.

You will need to:

- Log the request
- Identify the issue
- Assess the urgency
- Clarify any information given by the customer
- Identify the level of support required
- Then either deal with the request yourself or pass to a higher level

You will work closely with the business owner who will provide all the knowledge required to perform the tasks. Your feedback will help develop systems, we are looking to constantly improve the customer experience.

When not handling support tickets there will be a variety of tasks assisting with ongoing IT projects.

L3 Information communications technician apprenticeship training will be delivered in block weeks at the escalla academy in Crewe.

**Qualifications Required**:

- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
