The level here is fine but ideally we need someone whom is west / east midlands based as we do work nationally so being in the middle of the country is beneficial
- Building surveying degree preferably (or similar) required to undertake employers agent role
- To undertake site inspection, snagging, handovers, valuations, managing mostly residential scheme
- Midland based but we work nationally
- Flexible working

We are very flexible in terms of homeworking when not being required on site but you can apprecate where we are comng from
