**Job Title**: Community Centres Team Leader

**About the role**:
Do you have considerable experience of leading services in a community or leisure setting? Do you have the operational and strategic experience to deliver results and drive cultural change?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, engaging and driven leader to oversee service development and delivery in our community centres. Our three community centres in Horley, Reigate and Banstead are at the heart of our communities and provide a range of wellbeing activities for local residents. In this rewarding role you will ensure a culture of collaborative working, and ensure each of the community centres develop and deliver on individual local centre plans. You and your team will identify and develop opportunities, creating projects and innovative solutions that meet community needs and develop the centres offer and income. You will also be responsible for increasing awareness and usage of these vibrant, multi-use centres by promoting the centres and their offer through a diverse range of communication channels.

**About the Person**:

- You will have strong experience of leading services, preferably in a community or leisure setting
- Ideally you will have experience of delivering cultural change and developing a new service or offer, in partnership with others
- You must have a good track record of delivering results
- You will have experience of leading staff and volunteers, with robust leadership skills
- You will ideally have experience of marketing and promotions and promoting services to a wide range of audiences through different communications channels
- You will be a competent user of digital technology and common IT packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You will possess a full driver’s licence and have use of a car
