**Job Summary**:
Sole Gardener vacancy available for a private residence in Leatherhead Surrey to start ASAP. You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and care of their recently renovated (within the last 2 years) gardens and large woodlands. The property is set on 30 acres consisting of Woodlands, grassy pasture, gardens and herbaceous boarders.

**Duties**:
The gardens have been transformed within the last 2 years and therefore requires someone to maintain them to an excellent standard, including pruning, planting any additional plants and ensuring everything is well looked after in line with the seasons. A reasonable level of horticulture knowledge will be expected for this role. There is a large amount of woodland on the Estate therefore woodland maintenance will be a significant part of the role. All other aspects of grounds maintenance will fall under your remit including hedge trimming, lawn mowing, care of garden furniture, tree maintenance and everything that goes into maintaining a clean/tidy estate resulting in a beautiful outdoor area.
- You will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and longevity within said roles.
- Driver is essential as is a confidence using a wide range of garden machinery (Chainsaw licence is essential)
- Animal friendly
