The Digital Solutions team are part of the Compliance Technology within the Technology, Data, and Innovation department.

Digital Solutions provide a technical capability to assist with activities across Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime. This includes:

**Your key responsibilities**
- Working as part of a development team to provide Information Technology solutions to the business in a timely manner
- Business Analysis, leasing with stakeholders to identify business requirements
- Writing and executing test scripts
- Managing system testing
- Improving the quality of solutions alongside developers and non-technical stakeholders and giving clarity to the requirements received

**Your skills and experience**
- Automated testing experience desarable
- Ability to work either as part of a development team or as a single tester as part of a wider project team
- Familiarity with Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban)
- Delivery focused and a strong communicator with the ability to work with business stakeholders
