**The opportunity**:
We are looking to employ an **Enquiries Coordinator for our Intermediary Service**. The role of an Intermediary is to facilitate communication and enable participation in court hearings and meetings. Often, we help people who have learning disabilities, difficulties with communication, anxiety or mental health. We are there to help support communication between the family and the Court.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
This newly appointed role will be responsible for providing support in respect of the incoming and existing enquiries and tasks include coordinating staff, liaison with external professionals and vulnerable families, as well as taking a lead in developing effective systems to monitor and track workflow.

**Essential skills**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you will need to be focused and a good self-manager.
- Be competent with the Microsoft Office suit especially Word and Excel.
- Have strong literacy skills and a good awareness of the work that we undertake.
- Be motivated to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Experience in developing and maintaining rotas and workflow management systems preferable.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £13.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Exeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
