**Manufacturing Operatives Required**:

- **Sutton in Ashfield, NG17**:

- **Rotating 3 shift pattern - **_6am - 2:15pm, 2pm - 10:15pm and 10pm - 6:15am_
- **£16.39 per hour, paid for all shifts (inclusive of all shift premiums)**

Halo Recruit are delighted to be working in partnership with one of the worlds leading manufacturers of sustainable packaging to recruit for a number of **Manufacturing Operatives **to join their team.

The role will be working in a busy manufacturing department, running high speed production lines, ensuring safety and quality standards are adhered to and production targets are achieved.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To assist with the running of fast paced production lines the department standard, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work to strict KPIs to ensure that the lines are run at target efficiencies to meet production demands
- Support on maintenance and engineering tasks to ensure that lines are kept to the correct standard
- Work to the 5s principles to improve the work area, making any recommendations for improvement to the line leader
- Ensure a 'clean as you go' attitude to maintain stringent housekeeping
- Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Some mechanical engineering experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Previous experience of working a rotating shift pattern would be of benefit

**Contract Duration**

**Pay Rate**

£16.39 per hour, paid weekly across all shifts

Overtime is paid at £24.58 per hour in the week, and £32.78 on a weekend.

**Shift Pattern**

The role is working Monday to Friday on a rotating 3 shift pattern**:

- **_6am - 2:15pm, 2pm - 10:15pm and 10pm - 6:15am._

Overtime may be available to meet demand.
