**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating office operations and procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars.
- Support the Administration team with various administrative tasks
- Such as, organising export documentation, setting up suppliers and customers, general filling.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- General administration: 1 year (required)
- Exposure to a busy office environment 1 year (required)
- Knowledge of accounting ledgers (desirable)

- Shift Pattern: 9am - 5:00pm

**Contract type**:

- Permanent
- 20 days per year initially with 1 additional day’s holiday for a full year of service to a maximum of 25 days plus bank holidays.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
