- You’ll be delivering a warm and memorable fine dining experience for all our guests
- Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with their issues in a positive way
- You’ll collaborate with other key departments of the Hotel, Kitchen and wider Food Beverage teams
- Leading daily briefings with the service team to ensure all relevant information is shared to allow the smooth running of the FB operation
- You’ll be passionate about sharing your knowledge through a strong coaching style to further improve the skills of your team around you
- You’ll develop an excellent knowledge of the wider estate and the facilities available to our guests
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant
- Playing a significant part in making sure both the lunch and dinner operation runs without a hitch, and our service is smooth
- You’ll take a keen interest in the operation and develop suggestions as to ways of increasing quality of service
- You’ll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
