Commercial Energy Solutions (CES) are a long-established Energy Brokers & Consultants based in Beckenham / Bromley, South London, who are searching for someone highly motivated to join our friendly & dynamic team.

We are searching for someone who is highly motivated with a passion to succeed to join our experienced team of Energy Brokers in delivering core services such as Gas, Electricity, Water and Solar procurement. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage the company’s relationship with our clients, provide a high level of service throughout the contract life cycle and develop your industry knowledge whilst increasing your earning potential.

The Role
- Preparing tender proposals, presenting quotes, and securing contracts
- Generate sales including upselling and cross-selling
- Answer queries to ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction are met
- Providing market intelligence to a portfolio of customers
- Review account performance with customers to ensure customer and company goals achieved
- Maintain regular contact with an existing client base, build relationships and develop new accounts
- Forecast and monitor customer account metrics
- Communicate client needs and demands to energy analysts and admin operations.

Our ideal Energy Sales Broker should have the below skills:

- Energy industry or B2B sales experience is essential
- Telephone based sales experience preferential
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Professional, assertive, and driven
- Good written and organisational skills
- Target/commission Driven
- Organised with attention to detail
- Team player
- Tenacious attitude - Sales can be a tough job, so we are looking for someone who doesn’t give up easily

Remuneration package consisting of basic salary, commission, and bonus to give realistic OTE of £35K in the first year, £50K + in the second year and £80+ thereafter. Career progression opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
