Vineyard Tractor Driver

**Vineyard tractor driver job description**:
Duties would include:

- Tractor operations e.g., spraying, mowing, under vine cultivating and trimming
- Low level maintenance, upkeep, and service of mechanical equipment - machinery is serviced regularly by outside companies
- Adhere to all Health & Safety practices
- Flexibility essential especially during spraying and harvest periods
- Based in West Sussex but will be required to work in East Sussex and Kent when required
- Assist with viticultural work, in and around the vineyard sites

Preferred qualifications and skills include:

- Experience of farming, viticulture, or horticultural environments
- Must have at least 5 years tractor driving with ideally PA1, PA2,PA3 and PA6 spray tickets.
- Chainsaw ticket (preferred)
- Very good mechanical knowledge
- A valid UK driving licence
- Full eligibility to work in the UK
- Organised and proactive
- Hard working with a “can do” attitude.
- Good communication skills and accuracy in record keeping
- Forklift user qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Towing license (ideally)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
