- Administer and supervise the conduct of exams in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure a secure testing environment to maintain the integrity of the exam process.
- Monitor test takers to prevent cheating or any other form of misconduct.
- Provide instructions and answer questions from test takers regarding exam procedures.
- Distribute and collect test materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of test takers' attendance and exam results.
- Report any irregularities or violations of testing policies to the appropriate authority.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
