Receptionist

We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Receptionist to join our friendly team working for a busy GP surgery. The successful applicant will need to display empathetic attributes and be able to work under pressure.

We are looking for someone for 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday with potential to work these hours across four days.

This is a varied job with some of the job responsibilities being as follows:
Dealing with patient enquiries both face to face and on the telephone which can include booking appointments, advisement of results, dealing with general enquiries and signposting to correct services.

Processing repeat prescription requests in accordance with practice guidelines.

Registrations of new patients.

To work in accordance of written protocols.
