Business Centre Administrator

To support our sales team, we have a number of exciting opportunities at our Business Centre in Portsmouth.

**The Opportunity**:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a support service to our sales teams through processing orders for customers. You will be a point of contact for our customers, dealing with any enquiries that they may have during the ordering process. Whether it is to do with modification to vehicles, ordering signage, processing vehicle registrations or invoicing queries, this is an important and varied role to ensure that our customers have a smooth and positive experience.

**About You**:
Previous experience in admin and/or customer service would be advantageous however possessing the below skills and behaviours is most important to us:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written;
- Ability to pay close attention to detail;
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your time effectively;
- A desire to provide excellent customer service;
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems with speed and confidence;
- Full UK driving license.
