**Admin Assistant**

**Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours**

**Salary - £22,000**rising to £23,000 on successful completion of probation

Our client is a 'Planet First’ Technology company who is enjoying rapid growth. Due to their continued expansion, they require a Logistics Administrator to support the team to deliver the best possible service to their clients.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to organise and support deliveries of fuel.
- Effectively manage customer expectations in line with achievable operational service levels
- Work with haulage contractors to arrange collections and deliveries.
- Develop strong working relationships with key staff at terminal operators, haulage companies and customers.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Processing the customers’ orders.

**Our Requirements**:

- Great customer service skills with an in-depth understanding of customer service practices
- Strong administrative skills
- An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Common sense approach to problem solving
- Able to prioritise effectively
- Ability to calmly manage operational issues as they arise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent all round communication skills
- Well organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Be quick thinking and able resolve problems with enthusiasm
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
