Role: ICT Technician

Location: Sheffield

**Salary**: £22-25k

FJR Technology have partnered with a Sheffield based company who are looking for an ICT Technician to join their team. Due to their rapid growth over the last year, it is an exciting time to join the business.

Applicants should have at least 1 years' experience working in an education background and must have a full UK driving license and their own vehicle.

They're looking for someone with:

- Windows
- Virtualisation platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Office 365
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- Networking (TCP/IP, VLANS, Firewalls)
- Strong communication/ customer service skills

Roles and responsibilities:

- Maintain and resolve server and infrastructure problems
- Manage and maintain network devices with a good knowledge of network principles
- Provide on site support for their clients
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders & 3rd parties
- Travel to client sites around the area so a driving license and vehicle is essential
