**Role Description**:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for an Account Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a highly regarded company providing cleaning and support services to customers across the UK. As Account Manager you will be working closely with theOperations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Sales department, supporting operations and ensuring consistent service delivery and outstanding customer service. The ideal Account Manager will have experience in a similar role, with a proven track recordin contract management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Sales department
- Support the operations and ensure consistent service delivery within their specified portfolio in ensuring clients receive the outstanding customer service they expect
- This is a varied role responding to the needs of the business working across a portfolio of approximately 25 varied sites, therefore you must be willing to travel and an element of flexibility will be required to suit the needs of the business
- Full training will be given, however you must be a confident self-motivator who is professional with great communication skills and can work on their own initiative

**Requirements**:

- Experienced and highly motivated
- This role will involve travelling and some late evening/weekend working so flexibility is a must
- A proven track record in cleaning contract management
- A proven track record of staff management
- Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
- Strong people management skills
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- Lots of initiative and positive attitude
- Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
- Results driven with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
- Excellent rapport building skills with a confident and outgoing personality
- A good working knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 packages
