Here4you's companionship service supports senior individuals by helping them enjoy their later years by supporting them with errands and going out regularly.
We aim to improve our client's quality of life, we do this by taking away any chores that they may find stressful, giving them confidence when out, and taking them to places they would like to go but would not be comfortable or have the means to go alone.
We always want to work with families to help take off the pressure as they know their loved ones are being well looked after.
Here4you match freelance workers to clients so they can develop a good rapport.
Looking for freelance workers that will be DBS checked, are happy to drive clients and have flexibility in their hours.
Roles may include, accompanying clients to appointments, assisting or doing their food shopping, and taking clients on outings.
Characteristics we look for our:
Kindness, confidence, patience, easy to talk to, experience in running a home, punctual, not necessarily have worked with seniors but have an understanding of their needs.
Most shifts are 2-3 hours and are based in the Poole town centre area.
Can be a great job to work alongside existing roles.
Hours are very flexible and can be back-to-back or split depending on the situation.
Hours ranging from 2 to 12 per week
£10.50ph
0.50p per mile with clients in the car
