Role: Technical Consultant - Business Central / Dynamics 365

**Salary**: £55,000 - £75,000 - dep on exp.

Hybrid Working: 1 - 2 days a week in the office

Location Stafford / Cannock

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Consultancy Sessions: Conduct effective consultancy sessions, guiding clients in optimizing Business Central/NAV functionalities to maximize product usage and benefits.
- Client Support: Handle on-site client software concerns, identify instances where clients need extended functionality, and effectively communicate feedback to the project management team.
- Project Tasks: Complete essential project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring configurations align with client expectations.
- Collaborative Feedback: Engage with the consultancy team, providing constructive feedback on internal processes to enhance company practices.
- Methodology Adherence: Follow internal methodologies and project plans to ensure service delivery meets Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Effectively liaise with other company departments, communicating client concerns and ensuring timely resolutions aligned with Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience in Finance modules of Dynamics 365/Business Central as a 'Key User' or implementation consultant, with expertise in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, 1st and 2nd line support experience, significant knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV/BC, Dynamics 365 for sales, and the MS Stack.
- Expertise: Substantial experience in Dynamics NAV/BC, design, documentation, installation, configuration, testing, training, go-live processes, and time management skills.
