We are looking for a Forensic Casework Administrator to join our dynamic and thriving team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to step into the world of forensics, while learning and developing key customer service and project management skills. The role of a Forensic Casework Administrator is to act as the main point of contact between both legal professionals and forensic experts. To manage new enquiries for forensic reports that are required for court, source suitable experts, manage financial margins, gather data and information, and project manage the process to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. There is also the responsibility of checking and reviewing expert reports to make sure quality standards have been met. In this role you will get the opportunity to work alongside highly specialised experts and scientists which vary from Biologists and Fingerprint experts to Psychiatrists and Neurologists. Teaching you about the various and diverse skills and knowledge that go into forensic work.

This role would be perfect for a recent graduate. Who has some experience in customer service, but mainly an ability and willingness to learn.

**_Please note:_** Due to the highly sensitive nature of the work, applicants should note that security clearance is required for this role. To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK. Criminal convictions may prevent you from gaining security clearance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Experience of a legal or police background would be desirable.
- Ability to work in a highly organised manner under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and accurately with customers, forensic and medical experts and colleagues to achieve a collective goal.
- Ability to manage own workload and time management whilst operating as a team player.
- Good knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
- Ability to always maintain a strict level of confidentiality.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 based the office in Wantage.
