Join Protocol Education's vibrant team as a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant at a dynamic secondary school in Newham.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist individual students or small groups in their learning journey and academic progress
- Support students with SEND in accessing the curriculum, adapting teaching materials as needed
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers
- Monitor and document student progress, sharing updates with teachers and parents/carers
- Help students develop social and emotional skills while promoting positive behavior
- Collaborate with the SENCO and the SEN team to implement individual education plans effectively

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in teaching support or related field
- Prior experience working with SEND students in a secondary school environment
- Knowledge of strategies and interventions for various SEND needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach
- Commitment to delivering high-quality education for all students, including those with SEND
