**About the Role**: Join our team as a Field Sales Representative, where you'll focus on sales management and business development for our artificial grass products, targeting retailers and landscapers. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing retail partners and landscapers, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and landscaping sectors.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales management team.
- Understand your market, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, leveraging insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support sales initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience in a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales management and business development roles, ideally within the construction, home improvement, or landscaping industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
