KITCHEN PORTER NEEDED FULL-TIME IN KNIGHTSBRIDGE-
MAIN DUTIES
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to the high standards expected in a luxury hotel.
- Keep the kitchen area impeccably clean, including floors, countertops, and storage spaces, following established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with hotel policies, including proper sorting and recycling practices for sustainability.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the storage of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff, providing assistance with basic food preparation tasks and contributing to a smooth workflow, particularly during peak hours.WHAT IS ON OFFER
- Salary of 12.66 per hour (paid monthly)
- Service charge of £300 - £400 per month (extra pay)
- Paid overtime when available
- 1 week paid sick leave (after working for 6 months)

- 5 days a week (including weekends)
- 7-day operation (Monday - Sunday)

- Later shift starts at 3pmSTRICT REQUIREMENTS
- YOU MUST have at least 1 year of experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a busy hotel or restaurant
- YOU MUST be energetic and quick paced
- YOU MUST be reliable and be a good communicator-
