**What does the role entail?**

The Endorphins Group is a business that offers services that move moods by triggering endorphins to make our customers feel happy and healthy.

We’re looking for a SEND Support Coordinator to work within our Children’s division to manage our inclusive short break community and domiciliary support sessions across the Herefordshire region and ensure that they offer inspirational experiences that benefit children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.

We’re passionate about making a difference by helping those that benefit from our sessions to be healthy and happy, so they can reach their full potential, whatever level that it is. Our sessions focus on individual support requirements which are delivered in safe and supportive environment. We engage children and young people through a range of activities based on their preferences, choice and abilities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced care/ support manager with first class operational skills to really ensure that our sessions run without a hitch. This person will be expected to coordinate the staff and delivery and complete performance management of our teams, manage staff recruitment, timetabling and performance across the East Riding of Yorkshire region.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for making a positive difference to the health, well-being and life skills of our members. In addition, we’re looking for a strong leader who can motivate their team to ensure members are proactively engaged, whatever their ability. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your sessions are run safely whilst collecting and providing key information to our support team.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 2 years+ experience of People Management
- 2 years+ experience of recruitment and onboarding of staff
- 2 years+ experience of training and developing staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written English for the writing of reports
- A passion for working with young people and to make a tangible difference in their lives
- A self-driven approach to work with the ability to self-motivate and motivate your team around you
- A solution-focused attitude to work is essential

Full UK driving license and own vehicle
