- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the private client business
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Working with underwriters to develop bespoke insurance solutions for clients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Ability to learn and understand insurance markets and placing strategy
- Build insurer and client relationships
- Attendance at meetings
- Accept ultimate responsibility for own clients in all aspects of work to ensure an excellent customer service is provided and maintained.
- Manage private client accounts

**Experience-**
- Minimum of two years of insurance experience with excellent customer service
- Good IT skills and ideally experience in using SSP
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good relationship skills
- Enthusiasm, initiative, problem solver
- Account management experience
