**A&P Falmouth** are currently recruiting for a permanent / full time **HR Advisor**, to support the Group HR Manager in all aspects of HR.

**Key Responsibilities** include but are not limited to:

- employee welfare - including, absence management, occupational health referrals
- industrial relations - dealing with grievances and facilitating disciplinary hearings
- offering guidance and advice to line managers on HR / Employee Relations matters
- administration of the HR database and personnel records,
- maintain HR policies/procedures/forms within the company Quality Management System.
- general clerical and admin duties

**Essential Attributes**:

- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Good I.T. Skills including Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
