**About this role**

**What you'll do**:
Talent marketing:

- Working closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing and communications (on and offline) campaigns across multiple external touchpoints.

Internal communications:

- Developing and managing regional internal communications plans, and making ongoing recommendations to improve employee engagement.
- Planning and launching creative and high-impact employee engagement programs that inform, engage, and inspire. This will include creating and curating inspiring content from newsletters, blogs, videos, and onsite events.
- Developing leadership communication strategies and content fostering a strong community and culture across our EMEA region.

External communications:

- Generating creative ideas for campaign activation across our external platforms including social media, third party media sites and in-person events.
- Supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate communications strategy to enhance the company's reputation, grow our share of voice, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and audiences.
- Lead the awards and recognition programme to drive brand awareness across EMEA.

The Marketing team is based across New York, London and Shanghai and consists of five verticals:

The Brand & Communications team aims to create, maintain, and communicate AlphaSights' story and value proposition to attract clients and experts, engage employees, and appeal to talent markets. **Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant communications and/or marketing experience - talent marketing experience is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree
- Track record of strong academic performance (equivalent of 2:1 or above)
- Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to partner with all levels of the business and be an active listener
- Understanding of best practices in effective communications and marketing
- High-energy, self-starter who naturally spots vacuums and takes initiative
- Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment

**Compensation and benefits**
- £45,000
- 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings
