- Trinity Peaks LTD,** a growing and dynamic domiciliary care provider, is seeking compassionate **Home Care Workers** to join our team in Buckinghamshire. We are preparing to offer care packages in partnership with Buckinghamshire County Council, delivering personalized in-home care services to support individuals in maintaining their independence and well-being.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing compassionate assistance with personal care and continence management.
- Supporting clients with day-to-day household tasks.
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary requirements.
- Offering companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful connections.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed daily records of care provided.
- Encouraging and enabling clients' independence and autonomy.
- Administering medication as required, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules.
**Requirements**:
- While prior care experience is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a passion for caregiving as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be available for flexible hours, working on a zero hours contract basis.
- Dependable and diligent in updating working hours and availability.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass a background check via our secure website
- No criminal history
