We are busier than ever helping to keep the wheels of industry turning and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in our customer Insite in Menstrie near Stirling. Set at the base of the Ochil Hills just 6 miles outside of the historic City ofStirling, its certainly a stunning location to work.

As an Internal Sales Asstyou will be a pivotal part of the team and its success, so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background in customer service within a manufacturing, engineering spares, PPE or a trade counter environment howeverfull training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying

As long as you’re a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best supplier deals. Our Menstrie Insite is in effect a Rubix branch on the customers premises, where wemanage the stores and provide purchasing services for the customer.

Our Insite operations support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.

As an Internal Sales Asst you will be a pivotal part of our 4 man onsite team. Reporting to the Manager you will effectively build and develop relationships with the customer to provide first class service and develop mutually beneficial revenue growth.This is very much a hands on role where everyone pitches in.

What we need:

- Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, internally and externally
- Customer Service experience gained within an industrial or engineering stores environment is preferable
- Answering phones and responding to customer requests and enquiries
- Experience in the use of sales order processing systems is preferable but not essential
- Keeping track of back orders and inventory
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence
- Supporting the wider operational teams
