Location: Doncaster

Brix Coffee Co is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our Doncaster location. As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and personalised service.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations when needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
