CCA Recruitment have an amazing job opportunity to work for well-known debt recovery company, who are looking for customer support team agents.

This role is based in the Kilmarnock area of Ayrshire with amazing transport links nearby.

Shifts: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm working 35 hours per week.

Great salary of £19,000 increasing to £19,500 after probation

You will receive 3 weeks of training.
- **What is we are looking for**_ - Someone who can provide excellent customer service and can show empathy and deal with all customers including vulnerable and have a strong background with computer as need to be able to use multiple systems.
- **What your day looks like**_
- A new challenge every day (Not every day is the same)
- Helping customers who are experiencing difficult personal circumstances
- Speaking with Customers and empathizing
