As Warehouse Assistant, you will be working for an established and respected employer in Witney, on a full time, permanent basis.7.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) 8.00am - 12.00noon (alternate Saturdays). You will be based locally and responsible for warehouseduties - taking deliveries, picking deliveries, helping load the deliveries and making sure that the warehouse is kept tidy. You must also be comfortable in covering duties for the Driver, in their absence (holiday and sickness), delivering products to customersand site.
**Warehouse Assistant Duties**:

- Unloading goods that have been delivered in a safe manner
- Checking loads against delivery notes and checking against customer orders on screen
- (If all tally) Booking in including the locations, and manually writing labels to put on the products (order numbers and description)
- Making sure all returns have a debit note and consult with admin if debit notes are absent
- Store products to be retuned on the returns rack
- On returns collected by the supplier, attaching debit note to signed copy from supplier and give to admin
- Going through all returns with admin on a weekly basis, so any outstanding items can be chased accordingly
- Picking loads in accordance with delivery notes
- Producing customer paperwork using the computer system
- Loading the delivery vehicles so products are safely loaded and secured to minimise chances of damage
- Ensuring the load is correct against the customer order
- Making sure the warehouse is kept tidy at all times

**You will be/have**:

- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift experience is ideal - counterbalance / reach (forklift licences are not essential)
- Committee to delivering the best possible customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent timekeeping
