**3t is currently looking to recruit a Diver / Survival Support on a permanent contract located in Dyce, Aberdeen, UK.**

**The Role**

To provide support to the course instructors for various training courses, including but not limited to diving, in water support, fire support and maintenance support.
- Provides support for the instruction, demonstration and examination/assessment of individuals/groups of delegates for specified course programmes and timetables.
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current health and safety legislation and procedures.
- Maintains a high standard of appearance at all times, wearing company-provided clothing/PPE as required, positively reflecting the company’s image.
- The job holder is expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall responsibilities of the job, and that are within their competence, when required.
- The job holder will undertake all activities in compliance with the requirements of the company’s and/or the client’s safety management systems (SMS).

- Diving qualification and valid dive medical.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent advantageous but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic
- Well developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people e.g., staff, clients, delegates
- Proficient working knowledge of office IT systems including ms outlook, word and excel

- Highly organised
- Takes a flexible approach to work activities to meet customer requirements
- Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
- Ability to remain calm and assertive during busy periods or when dealing with challenging situations
- Discreet with the ability to maintain confidentiality

**Salary**: £25,949.00 per annum
