Journalism Internship

**Company Description** 3 months duration commencing June 2024, Monday to Friday, day shifts.**

**£5,850 for 3 months (i.e. £23,400 pa pro rata)**

**Plus 6 days paid leave.**

**Opportunities across Newcastle, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Nottingham, Liverpool & Glasgow. **This programme is open to those who are 18+ at the start of the programme.

The start date of the programme will be **Monday 17th June 2024.**

You will spend your weeks in the heart of one of our buzzing newsrooms, rubbing elbows with seasoned reporters and soaking up the essence of what it's really like to be in the thick of breaking news and captivating stories. Sounds exciting, right?

During your time with us, you'll be getting your hands dirty as you learn the ropes of the trade. You’ll learn how to source fascinating stories, hone your interviewing skills, and even flex your creative muscles behind the camera, we've got it all covered.

But wait, there's more Ever dreamt of crafting content that not only informs but also captivates and inspires? You will be learning how to whip up stories that not only resonate but also spark conversations across our digital platforms.

You will be fully supported during your time with us, with access to a mentor and a weekly meet up with your fellow interns.

We're on the lookout for people with a **flair for writing, a dash of creativity, and a serious passion for all things storytelling**. Oh, and if you love all things social media and are interested in using a variety of platforms to build audiences for our brands, consider us impressed If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, go the extra mile, and seize every opportunity that comes your way, then our internship is perfect for you.
