The salary for this post is within the NJC pay spine range 7-9 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff £21,273 - £22,584 per annum, reduced pro rata to £18,323.40 - £19,452.63 based on the reduced contracted weeks.

At Huddersfield New College, we strive to ensure that every student receives an outstanding quality of education, one which enables them to progress successfully from the College to the university, employers or apprenticeships of their choice.

As the HR Administrator, you will support in providing a professional HR service for all stakeholders, including teachers, operations staff, senior management and external agencies in line with the College’s policies, processes and employment legislation. You will join a small HR team in a busy, varied and rewarding role, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

The ideal applicant will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
